What is TokenRa?
TokenRa is an independent AI API gateway. One account and one API key give you access to the models enabled for your account, with unified usage tracking and billing.
Which models can I use?
The published model guides are listed in the model catalog. The complete list of models enabled for your account, together with real-time rates, is shown in the console.
How is usage billed?
Billing is usage-based with no platform subscription fee. Text models are billed per 1M tokens, counted separately for input, output and cached reads. Image models are billed per request.
What is the minimum top-up?
The minimum top-up is $10. Credits do not expire while the account is active.
Is TokenRa OpenAI compatible?
Applicable text models accept OpenAI-compatible chat completion requests. Image and video models use their own endpoints, which are documented in the developer documentation.
How do I get an API key?
Register for an account, open the console, and create an API key. Keep the key on your server and never expose it in client-side code.
Can I get a refund?
Consumed credits are generally non-refundable. Unused credits within 7 days of purchase and duplicate charges caused by billing errors may be refunded. See the Refund Policy for full details.
How do I contact support?
Email support@tokenra.io with your account email and, where relevant, the transaction ID or request ID.
