1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to TokenRa (“TokenRa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern access to and use of TokenRa’s AI services, including a unified API for configured language, image, video, and audio models, together with account, usage, top-up, and management features available at https://tokenra.io/.
By creating an account, purchasing credits, making an API request, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and have authority to enter this agreement for yourself or an organization. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Service Description
2.1 Our Service
TokenRa provides an AI platform that lets users manage and call models configured and enabled in the current instance through a unified interface. The service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet.
2.2 Digital Service
The service is digital and intangible. Credits or features are generally enabled after payment confirmation. Model availability, capabilities, prices, and billing rules may change with channel and instance configuration; the current console controls.
2.3 Third-Party Model Dependencies
The service may depend on third-party AI model providers and upstream channels. Their performance, content, availability, and response times may be affected by third-party operations.
3. Accounts and Security
You must register with accurate and complete information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting login credentials, API keys, and payment-related information, and for activity under your account.
- Do not share, rent, resell, or publicly expose accounts or API keys.
- Report unauthorized use or security issues promptly to aiuser_aiuser@proton.me.
- If registering for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
- We may suspend an abnormal account or revoke a compromised API key to protect users, the platform, or third parties.
4. Credits and Top-Up Plan (V2)
The service uses a credit-based model. Users may purchase credit packages as needed. Credits are used to access TokenRa API services and related features. Available credit packages, quantities, and pricing are shown at checkout and in the console.
5. Billing and Payment (V2)
5.1 One-Time Top-Up Authorization
Each top-up is a one-time transaction. Completing a purchase authorizes TokenRa to charge your payment method the amount shown at checkout. After a successful top-up, credits are added according to the displayed rules.
5.2 Automatic Top-Up Authorization, If Enabled
If you actively enable automatic top-up, you authorize TokenRa to charge your saved payment method for the configured amount when your credit balance falls below the threshold you set. You may disable automatic top-up in account settings at any time.
5.3 Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, listed prices do not include applicable taxes. Where required by law, taxes will be collected at checkout.
6. Credit Expiration and Account Termination (V2)
6.1 Credit Validity
Purchased credits remain valid for the life of the account unless the purchase page, console, or applicable law clearly states otherwise. If a credit type has an expiration date, it will be shown at purchase and we will use reasonable means to remind users before expiration.
6.2 Account Termination
If an account is terminated, unused credits remain available for 30 days after termination. After that period, unused credits expire and are not refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. Termination for violation, fraud, or abuse does not create a right to a refund of unused credits.
7. Refund Policy (V2)
Consumed credits are generally non-refundable. Exceptions include:
- Unused credits within 7 days of purchase: A full refund may be requested if the credits have not been used.
- Duplicate charges: Duplicate charges caused by a billing error may be refunded in full.
- Legal rights: Any statutory withdrawal or refund rights applicable to first-time purchasers under laws including those of the EU, United Kingdom, or Australia are preserved; after credits are first used, they do not apply to the extent permitted by law.
Submit refund requests through aiuser_aiuser@proton.me with your account email, transaction ID, and reason. Eligible refunds are generally returned to the original payment method; actual timing depends on the payment processor and issuing bank.
8. Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact aiuser_aiuser@proton.me first with the transaction ID, account email, and details. We will investigate confirmed billing errors. This request-before-dispute process does not limit rights you have under applicable law.
9. AI Content and Intellectual Property
9.1 Input Content
You retain rights to your input. By submitting input, you grant TokenRa a limited, non-exclusive license to process it only to fulfill requests, provide the service, maintain security, and perform this agreement. We do not use input to train AI models without your explicit consent, except where permitted or required by law.
9.2 Output Content
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use output generated from your input. AI output may resemble other users’ output; TokenRa does not guarantee uniqueness, copyrightability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
9.3 Output Accuracy
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Review and verify output before relying on or publishing it. Output is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
10. Acceptable Use Policy
You may use the service only lawfully and must not request, generate, upload, distribute, store, or help create:
- Pornographic or NSFW content: Explicit pornography, sexual services, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, or sexualized depictions of minors.
- Violent or graphic content: Content glorifying or promoting real-world violence, terrorism, abuse, torture, dismemberment, graphic injury, gore, or extreme cruelty.
- Hateful speech: Incitement of hatred, dehumanization, threats, discrimination, or encouragement of harm against people or groups based on protected characteristics.
- Unsafe content involving children: Sexualization, exploitation, grooming, abuse, or content that places children at risk.
- Deepfakes or impersonation: Unauthorized imitation of a real person’s identity, voice, likeness, or behavior, or content intended to mislead others about its source, authenticity, or authorization.
- Copyright or trademark infringement: Unauthorized copying, adaptation, distribution, or generation that infringes copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, publicity rights, or other intellectual property.
- Illegal, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, malware, phishing, or cyberattack content.
- Bypassing, probing, or interfering with security, rate limits, or billing controls, or reselling or sharing access without written permission.
- Systematically scraping or collecting model output, or using inputs, outputs, responses, or derived data to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distill, or develop AI models that compete directly or indirectly with TokenRa.
- Presenting AI-generated content as the work of a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, or other professional where doing so could cause harm.
- Violating applicable laws, regulations, or payment-network rules.
10.1 Enforcement
Based on severity, risk, history, and repeated violations, we may warn you, require content removal or cessation, restrict models or features, reduce calling privileges, revoke API keys, suspend or terminate accounts, and disclose information to law enforcement or regulators where legally permitted or required. We may retain evidence of suspected illegal or dangerous conduct. Content or account actions may be taken without providing a complete copy of removed content.
10.2 User Reports
Report suspected illegal, abusive, or unsafe content to aiuser_aiuser@proton.me. Include the page or request ID, content link, category, and specific explanation where possible. We will handle reports within a reasonable period and protect report-related information. Do not abuse the reporting channel with harassment, malicious defamation, or knowingly false reports.
10.3 Platform Content Moderation
To protect users and the platform, we may use automated safety rules, classifiers, rate limits, and risk signals to detect requests, and may block, reject, downgrade, or send high-risk requests for limited human review. Automated detection can produce false positives; users may request review by email. Moderation is performed only to the extent needed for safety, compliance, and service operation and does not guarantee that every violation will be detected.
11. Data, Privacy, and Security
Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account, request, and usage information. Do not submit personal information, card data, confidential information, or other restricted content without the necessary rights.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, third-party availability, and AI output accuracy.
AI output disclaimer: Do not use AI output alone for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions. Consult a qualified professional before acting on AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenRa is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service during the 12 months before the claim; liabilities that cannot legally be limited are not excluded.
13. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts or services for serious violations, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. If we terminate paid services for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will handle prepaid unused portions as required by applicable law. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through aiuser_aiuser@proton.me.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the service operator’s jurisdiction. Before formal proceedings, the parties should attempt good-faith resolution by contacting aiuser_aiuser@proton.me. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights.
15. General Terms
We may update these Terms. We will provide notice of material changes through the service, email, or another reasonable method before they take effect. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the complete agreement concerning the service unless a separate written agreement expressly applies.
